MIYAN KUBEWA
Okro soup. Ingredients: kubewa, attaruhu,albasa,Manja,Ugu leaf( ganyen ugu), Ganda, stock fish,nama, Ghana pepper, dawadawa( iru)..METHOD,, zaki yayyanka kubewa ki daka ta tare da kanwar ungurnu kadan( don ya kara mata yauki) sai ki jajjaga attaruhu da albasa suyi laushi, ki daka Ghana pepper, ki daka dawa dawa( daddawar yarabawa ce suna kiranta IRU) ki yayyanka gandarki ki saka mata panadol idan ba mai laushi CE ba ki Dora ta a wuta har ta dahu,ki tafasa namanki da maggi da albasa,ki jika stock fish da ruwan zaki ki wanke, ki wanke ganyen ugun ki tas duk ki ajiye su..
